We are based in the western Suburbs of Sydney Australia We travel within a 25km radius of Parramatta. Further distance can be traveled at an additional cost.
Payment can be paid at the time of the appointment by cash or card or an invoice can be sent after the appointment.
Yes we accept clients with NDIS and aged care funding. We are accredited to accept both and can send invoices to yourself or your plan manager.

Home visit costs for travel within 25km of Parramatta are included in the fees. Please contact us if you are outside of this area as we may be able to arrange service at an additional cost.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session please contact us at least 24 hours before your session time. If cancellation after this time, I will need to charge 50% of the agreed service hours and fee. This fee may be waived if the service is rescheduled or there are extenuating circumstances.Cancellation due to COVID guidelines will NOT incur a fee.
