We offer a free 30 minute phone or in person meet and greet session. This allows us to get to know each other, establish your goals and ensure that we are the best fit for you, before signing a regular aggrement.
We offer both online sessions and sessions in your home or aged care facility. A typical session includes several pre-planned activities. That has been specifically designed to both interest you and to help you reach your goals. Some common goals include to improve fine and gross motor skills, memory, mobility, self- awareness, self efficacy and coordination while reducing destructive behaviours.
Our sessions address physical, social, emotional, social, and intellectual wellbeing. Using cognitive stimulation, emotional connection, physical activities and social engagement.

I offer a free service in which I write a summary report of the session for yourself, family members or other health providers. This is popular with families that live far away from their senior relatives. As the report and photos help them to feel connected despite distance.
